What was the challenge we had to solve?

Nalgedol  aimed to improve the effectiveness of its marketing investments by  better understanding the impact  of different media channels on business results. The challenge was to  balance communication efforts between the brand and pharmacy networks  while maximizing efficiency and return on investment across all three  Baltic markets.


How did we achieve it?

Using historical data, we applied advanced Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) techniques to integrate client,  media, and market data. The model enabled us to assess the business  contribution of each media channel, simulate future scenarios, evaluate  competitor impact, and recommend optimal budget allocation  strategies.
